Penn State Duolingo minimums by level

Validity and sending
TOEFL, IELTS and Duolingo scores must be less than two years old. Score reports must be official and come to Undergraduate Admissions directly from the testing service, and the legal name on your Penn State application must match the name on your test; if they differ, the office may not be able to process your scores.

If your score is lower
The undergraduate page lists official certification through Penn State's Intensive English Communication Program (IECP) as another way to meet the requirement. It does not publish a Duolingo score for conditional entry.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Penn State programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
