The price is the same at both, so choose by free dates. Candidates on the coast must travel to Zagreb for PTE, while IELTS is also offered in Split. Nearby centres abroad include Ljubljana (Slovenia), Belgrade (Serbia, USD 260) and Vienna (Austria, EUR 275).

To book, create a myPTE account, choose the test, pick a centre and a free slot, and pay (Pearson's booking guide). Pearson needs full payment in the currency shown and takes credit and debit cards plus Google Pay and Apple Pay; it does not take PayPal, and voucher payments cannot be refunded (payment policy).
