Test rules and how to send your score

The undergraduate page says English test results are valid for a maximum of two years before you begin studies, and lists PTE results as sent to "Queen's University through PTE". It does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core. The graduate calendar notes that not all graduate programmes accept every listed test.

Undergraduate IELTS on the same page is 6.5 with no band below 6.0 against PTE 60. In the graduate calendar, IELTS is 7 against PTE 65, and TOEFL iBT is 88 with section minimums.

If you fall short

Queen's says you may automatically be considered for a QBridge language pathway if you are competitive in every other way, and that submitting a score below the requirement will not harm your application. No separate application is needed on OUAC. The QBridge entry scores are in the table above.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Queen's programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
