Radboud PTE minimums by programme group
From Radboud's minimum test score pages for bachelor's and (pre-)master's programmes. Each group lists the programmes it applies to.

Test rules and how to send your score
The pages say PTE Academic Online, TOEFL Home Edition, IELTS Online and LanguageCert Online cannot be accepted. The pre-master's requirements page says PTE results are valid for two years after the test date and must still be valid on the date of enrolment. PTE Core is not mentioned. If your PTE (sub)scores deviate slightly from the required scores, the pages ask you to contact admissions@ru.nl.
You upload your official certificate in OSIRIS during application, or email a scan to admissions@ru.nl if you are already (conditionally) admitted, per the submission page. Non-EU/EEA students must send it by 1 June. No Pearson code is given.
On the same pages, IELTS Academic is 6.0 with all sub-scores 6.0 or 6.5 with 6.0 for bachelor's, 6.5 with writing 6.5 for the standard master's group, and 7.0 with all sub-scores 6.5 for the higher group.

If you fall short
The bachelor's and master's requirement pages let you apply without a certificate; if English is listed as a requirement in your admission email, you must provide one before the enrolment deadline. Some diplomas from English-speaking countries exempt you, so check the list for your programme. No pre-sessional course is described.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Radboud programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
