Test rules and how to send your score
Scores must be within the last two calendar years. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson institution code, and Radford reserves the right to ask for more documents or an interview.
On the same page IELTS is 6.0 for undergraduates, with at least 5.5 in reading, and 6.5 for graduates. PTE stays at 50 for both levels.

If you fall short
You can also meet the requirement by transferring from a US institution or by prior attendance at an institution in one of Radford's waiver countries, which include Nigeria, Ghana and the Philippines. The page does not describe conditional admission or an ESL pathway.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Radford programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
