What IELTS score do you need for Ruhr University Bochum?

Electrical Engineering and Information Technology needs B2 English by enrolment for every specialisation, and German for Automation and Control Engineering, Electric Mobility Systems, Electronics, Power Systems Technology and High-Frequency Sensors and Systems if your degree is not from a German-speaking institution.

Lasers and Photonics says it accepts no certificates beyond its list, rejects medium-of-instruction letters, and excludes applications whose certificate is missing or too low when the portal closes. Lasers and Photonics and Computational Engineering ask applicants from China, India and Vietnam for an APS certificate. None of the three pages states how old a test may be.
