What TOEFL score do you need for Saskatchewan Polytechnic?

English tests are valid for two years and must be valid on the date your application is submitted. The TOEFL iBT Home Edition is accepted. Programme-specific requirements still apply on top of the general level. The page gives no institution code or MyBest policy.

The programme-specific rows are given on the 0 to 120 scale only. TOEFL iBT score reports issued since January 2026 also carry a 1 to 6 band score; see how the new TOEFL score scale works.

For comparison, the same page sets IELTS Academic at 6.5 with at least 5.0 in each component for most programmes.

The page lists other ways to meet the requirement, such as studies at a Canadian or US high school or at an English-speaking post-secondary school, and other accepted tests such as CAEL, Duolingo, PTE Academic and Cambridge. It does not describe a conditional offer for a low TOEFL score.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Saskatchewan Polytechnic programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
