Schiller's Duolingo rules and the IELTS comparison
Graduate applicants need English proof if they are not native speakers, did not complete post-secondary education only in English, or did not complete at least 30 credits in an English-taught university programme. For both levels, proof may be waived for graduates of a secondary school where English is the language of instruction or the official language.

If your Duolingo score falls short
Schiller says graduates of the Tampa Language Center Level 6 programme are eligible for admission at either level, without a test score. The page names no conditional Duolingo level.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Schiller programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
