Test rules and how to send your score
The page says only tests taken in the last two years are valid. It does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or how to send PTE results. Practical Nursing is a diploma but takes the degree-level PTE 60, as does the BSN. For INSCOL nursing programmes the Occupational English Test is also accepted at C+.
On the same page IELTS Academic is 6.0 with no skill below 5.5 for certificates and diplomas, against PTE 58, and 6.5 with no skill below 6.0 for degrees and graduate programmes, against PTE 60. Duolingo runs from 105 to 125 by credential.

If you fall short
Seneca accepts completion of an intensive English programme such as its English Language Institute as proof of English. The page does not give a PTE entry score for it. Meeting the minimum does not guarantee a seat in highly competitive programmes.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Seneca programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
