Test rules and how to send your score
Scores are valid for 24 months from the test date to the programme start date, and the same applies to tests used for placement into English for Academic Purposes. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or how to send PTE results, and Humber reserves the right to require a test based on the programme.
On the same page IELTS Academic is 6.0 with no band below 5.5 for certificates and diplomas, 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for bachelor's and graduate programmes, and 7.0 with no band below 6.5 for Nursing.

If you fall short
Humber's English for Academic Purposes Pathway Program counts instead of a test: a 60% GPA in Semester 2 for certificates and diplomas, 75% for bachelor's degrees, and all EAP courses with 80% in Level 8 for graduate programmes. It does not count for Nursing.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Humber programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
