Undergraduate: a test only for non-English-medium qualifications
SUTD's international qualifications page says IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, PTE Academic, ACT or C1 Advanced is compulsory for applicants whose qualifications are not taught in English, naming the Indonesian Ijazah SMA and Ujian Nasional, Myanmar Matriculation, the PRC Gao Kao, UEC, STPM and Vietnam's graduation examination. Only internet-based TOEFL scores count, and only scores from the two years before the application are considered.
Its FAQ says there is no prescribed minimum score, because applications are reviewed on academic and non-academic achievements together. India Standard 12 is not on the non-English list, and the India Standard 12 checklist does not include an English test score.
Master's English requirements

The MTD (Artificial Intelligence) page says TOEFL and IELTS scores are valid for two years from the test date and must not have expired when you apply; expired scores are not considered. The Master of Engineering criteria waive the test if your institution taught in English, and the Master of Architecture asks for IELTS or TOEFL no later than two weeks after the application deadline if your last degree was not taught in English.
PTE Academic is accepted for undergraduate entry but is not mentioned on the master's pages we read. Duolingo is not on any SUTD page we read.
SUTD's English pages we read do not set a separate English score for the student visa or permit. Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your SUTD programme page and in your admission decision, so check it there before you book a test.
