Waiver for English-medium education
The table note says students who completed their education in a country where English is the language of instruction may be waived from the requirement during the review process. It is not automatic, so submit evidence of your medium of instruction and ask ia@tiffin.edu whether it applies.
Tiffin asks for official or verifiable test results at the application stage.

Applying
The online application leads to a portal where you pay a non-refundable $75 fee and upload your documents. Unofficial or scanned transcripts are accepted while you apply, but originals must arrive before your first semester. Master's applicants need a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (US conversion), and a résumé and statement of purpose are highly recommended.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admission cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Tiffin programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Tiffin University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
