Trinity TOEFL iBT bands
From Trinity's English language requirements page, which groups courses into bands and says the majority of undergraduate and postgraduate courses accept Band B. Your course page names the band that applies.

Test rules at Trinity
The notes under the table say the TOEFL iBT Home Edition is accepted with the same score conditions as the standard test, and that results for all proficiency tests must be issued within two years before the start of your course. Postgraduate applicants whose primary degree was taught wholly through English can ask the course director for an exemption.
On the same page, Band B for IELTS Academic is 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each band, and Band C is 7.0 with 6.5.

If your TOEFL score falls short
Trinity says applicants who do not meet their band requirement can apply for the CELLT Pre-Sessional Summer Programme. The Band A rows above show the TOEFL score needed to enter that programme or the Trinity International Foundation Programme.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Trinity programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
