TU Braunschweig's English-taught master's
TU Braunschweig's international application page names Artificial Intelligence for Molecular Sciences, Data Science, Quantum Technologies in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Solar System Physics as taught in English. Computational Sciences in Engineering (CSE) is bilingual, so you apply with English but must also submit German. Non-EU applicants to English-language and bilingual master's apply from 1 February to 15 March for the winter semester.
The enrolment page for international students says English-language programmes need TOEFL iBT 88 or 95, or an equivalent, depending on the programme.

Exemptions and the Language Centre report
All three regulations also accept TU Braunschweig's own Language Centre report with at least two skills at B2 and two at C1. Quantum Technologies exempts anyone who completed a study programme taught entirely in English. Data Science exempts, on request, a programme of two years or more taught entirely in English and finished within the last three years. CSE exempts applicants whose school leaving certificate shows English as the language of instruction. None of these names a country restriction.
Data Science and Quantum Technologies say you do not need German. For CSE, the English and German proofs are due by enrolment, and one of them must come with your application.
