TU Chemnitz TOEFL test rules
Applicants from countries with English as an official, educational or native language usually need not submit proof, although the page says different requirements apply to certain countries and extra proof may be asked for. A completed degree taught in English, or in English or American Studies, is also accepted. The page sets no section minimums or MyBest rule.

If your TOEFL score is below TU Chemnitz's level
Applicants for the Advanced and Computational Mathematics master's who can prove English with comparable documents are assessed individually. For other programmes, you need one of the listed certificates at the stated level.
