TU Clausthal TOEFL minimums by programme
From the Petroleum Engineering application FAQ and the Intelligent Manufacturing programme page. Both give only the 0 to 120 scale. New TOEFL iBT score reports also carry a 1 to 6 score alongside the 0 to 120 total; see the new TOEFL score scale explained.

TU Clausthal TOEFL test rules
Neither page sets TOEFL section minimums, a validity period or a MyBest rule. The Petroleum Engineering FAQ says native English speakers must prove English was the medium of instruction in their secondary school; all others need a test such as TOEFL. Intelligent Manufacturing says B2 must be proven for enrolment by presenting a certificate.
