TU Darmstadt TOEFL minimums by programme

TU Darmstadt TOEFL test rules
The central page lists the TOEFL iBT including the Special Home Edition, plus older TOEFL formats: ITP 627, paper 550 and CBT 213 for the 95 level, and ITP 543, paper 525 and CBT 197 for the 72 level. The ICE programme page says it prefers TOEFL but accepts other equivalent, well-known certificates. The page does not set section minimums for TOEFL.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS 7.0 for English-taught master's and 5.5 for the three lower-level programmes.

If your TOEFL score is below TU Darmstadt's level
Instead of a test, TU Darmstadt accepts confirmation from the university where you completed your degree that English was the language of instruction. Otherwise you need one of the listed certificates at the required level.
