Test rules at Bradford
Bradford says you must nominate the University of Bradford to receive your PTE results, otherwise it cannot verify your score. Its list of online tests accepted for 2026 entrants does not include PTE Academic Online. The page does not state a PTE validity period.
The standard requirement is IELTS 6.0 with no sub-test below 5.5, and some courses ask more; the page marks the PTE figure with the same caveat.

If your PTE score falls short
Bradford offers an online Pre-Sessional English Language Course and its own BASALT test (6.0 overall, 5.5 in each sub-test) as alternatives.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Bradford programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
