Test rules and comparison with IELTS
The graduate international page says applicants must submit official proof of English dated within the last two years for direct admission. Neither page gives a Pearson code or mentions PTE Academic Online.
For comparison, the requirements table asks IELTS 6.0 for undergraduates against PTE 53. At graduate level it asks IELTS 6.0 for MS and MBA and 6.5 for the PhD, while PTE stays at 58.

If your PTE score falls short
The graduate page says applicants without proof of English may be admitted conditionally to UB's English Language Institute (ELI) and begin their programme after completing it. The requirements table accepts completion of the ELI Advanced Level.
