How Freiburg sets English requirements
Freiburg's language requirements page says the few English-taught master's programmes need no German but do need proof of English at B2. It adds that different requirements can apply in the programme's admission regulations or selection statutes, and tells you to contact the programme directly.

Computer Science exempts only native speakers from the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, or students who completed their bachelor's in one of these countries. An MOI letter from an Indian university does not replace the test there.
Neuroscience accepts a degree taught in English if a clear statement appears on your transcript or diploma supplement, or in a letter from an official body such as the examination committee or the Dean. It says a letter from a professor is not sufficient. It also accepts citizenship of a country with English as an official language; the page does not list countries.
MEG says TOEFL certificates cannot be older than two years and sets no age limit for other certificates. The Computer Science and Neuroscience pages do not state a limit. Uni-assist is not mentioned on these three pages.
Your German student visa is handled by the German embassy or consulate where you apply, not by the University of Freiburg. This guide covers the University of Freiburg's admission rule only. Our IELTS for Germany guide covers the visa side and test fees.
English requirements in Germany are written into each programme's admission or examination regulations and can change between intakes. The score that binds you is the one on your University of Freiburg programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
