How Miskolc handles Duolingo scores
The BSc page gives one overall Duolingo figure of 100 and no subscore minimums. It does not state a validity period or how to send results. Applicants whose native language is English, or who finished an English-speaking study programme, do not have to prove their English.
For comparison, the same BSc page lists IELTS 6.0 and TOEFL 72 as the other B2 equivalents.

If your Duolingo score is below 100
The BSc page says that applicants who do not meet the English requirement can take the university's English Language preparatory programme. Admission to the BSc also needs a successful online entry exam covering general intelligence and maths skills.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your University of Miskolc programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
