How Pacific handles TOEFL scores

Pacific's TOEFL and SAT code is 4065. Graduate applicants applying through a centralised application service use that service's code instead: the graduate page lists CASPA 3709 and NursingCAS B506, among others. Graduate applicants who do not reach the assistantship score may be asked by a unit's admissions committee to submit Test of Spoken English (TSE) scores.

For comparison, Pacific asks for IELTS 6.5 at both levels on the same pages.

If your TOEFL score is below Pacific's level

Pacific offers conditional admission for students who need English study first through UOP International, and graduate applicants are pointed to UOP International's English Language Pathway programmes. Undergraduates can skip the test with SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 570, ACT Composite 22, or citizenship of a listed country such as Australia, Canada, Ghana or Nigeria.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Pacific programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
