What PTE score do you need for the University of Vaasa?

Language tests are valid for two years from the test date, and the result must be valid on the day you submit the application. To send a PTE score, go to your PTE account, choose Finland as the country and University of Vaasa as the institution, select "University of Vaasa Master's Programmes" and confirm the order. PTE Core is not mentioned.

On the same page, IELTS Academic or IELTS Online Academic is 6.5 with at least 5.5 in each section, so PTE 62 with no section floor is the PTE route to that level.

Vaasa also accepts Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency, the Finnish YKI test at level 5 in all subtests, and certain previous studies in English. The page does not describe conditional admission.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Vaasa programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.

Pearson has discontinued PTE Academic Online for new bookings, so plan on a test-centre PTE Academic sitting even where this page still lists the online version. See can you take PTE at home.
