What TOEFL score do you need for Wake Forest University?

Graduate applicants can attach unofficial score reports or self-report scores by section. Official scores are required once an offer has been made and accepted. The Graduate School's TOEFL code for the Reynolda Campus is B994, and scores are valid for two years from the test date.

Undergraduate admissions accepts self-reported scores, does not superscore English tests and gives a TOEFL code of 5885. It says it will continue to accept scores from TOEFL iBT exams taken before the 2026 scoring change.
