What PTE score do you need for Western Illinois University?

Scores must be less than two years old at the time you matriculate at WIU, which is later than the application date. The page lists PTE Academic among accepted tests and says to use school code 1900 for WIU. It does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.

The default IELTS level on the same page is 6.0, rising to 6.5 where PTE rises to 53 or 56, and to 7.5 (English) or 7.0 (Museum Studies) where PTE is 68.

Freshmen are exempt after two years at a US high school with a 2.5 GPA in an academic core. Transfers are exempt after two years and 48 semester hours at a US institution, or with a recent US associate degree. Graduate applicants are exempt with a four-year US bachelor's degree within two years, or a year of graduate study at a US institution. The page does not describe conditional admission.
