Wroclaw Medical University minimum scores
The admission requirements page lists an English certificate "(at min. level B2)" among the documents for the English Division: Medicine (6 years), Dentistry (5 years) and Nursing (bachelor's, 3 years). The scores come from the university's list of accepted B2 certificates.

Waivers and other routes on the list
The list also accepts a preparatory course of at least nine months at B2 to C2 in all four skills, an English philology or applied linguistics degree with at least 500 class hours in English, and a first-, second- or long-cycle degree whose diploma states English as the language of instruction. An IB Diploma (main language), a European Baccalaureate (L1 or L2) and a sworn translator certificate for English also count.

Admission points and checking your programme
The English proficiency certificate is a document requirement, separate from the points that rank you. For Medicine and Dentistry in English the page asks for at least 30 points in each subject and at least 100 points in total; for Nursing in English, at least 30 points in the subject. The application fee is PLN 85, or PLN 100 for candidates who must sit an entrance exam.
