How to answer

Form Completion: how to approach it

  1. 1

Use the reading time to see what each gap needs: a name, a number, a date or a word.

  2. 2

Names are often spelled out letter by letter; write them exactly as you hear them.

  3. 3

Speakers often correct themselves. The detail they finally confirm is the answer.

  4. 4

Check the word limit: one extra word makes a correct answer wrong.
