1

Do you take many photos with your mobile phone?

Yeah, quite a lot, actually. I tend to snap pictures almost every day because the camera on my phone is so handy. Just yesterday, for instance, I took a quick snapshot of a lovely sunset over the park near my flat.

2

What kind of photos do you usually take?

Mostly everyday moments and scenery, I’d say. I’m not really into taking selfies, so I prefer capturing nice views or candid shots of my friends when we meet up for coffee at the weekend.

3

How do you organise your digital photos?

To be honest, I'm a bit terrible at keeping them sorted. Most of them just sit in my camera roll, although every few months I back up my favourite holiday pictures onto an external hard drive so I don't lose them.

4

Do you prefer looking at photos on a screen or printed out?

I definitely prefer physical prints. Viewing them on a screen is convenient, but there's something special about having an actual album to flip through. In fact, I framed a print of my family from last Christmas for my living room wall.

5

Did you take a lot of photos when you were younger?

Not really, no. Back then, we only had disposable film cameras, so you had to be quite selective about what you captured. We usually saved the film for big occasions like birthday parties or summer holidays by the sea.

6

Do you think you will take more or fewer photos in the future?

I imagine I'll probably take fewer, to be fair. Nowadays, people take hundreds of pictures without really looking at them, so I want to become more mindful and just enjoy moments as they happen rather than viewing life through a screen.

Details are invented. Use the shape, not the sentences: examiners mark memorised answers down.
