Did you enjoy singing when you were younger?
Actually, I used to love it during my primary school years. I was part of the school choir and found it incredibly therapeutic to belt out tunes with my friends. It was definitely a highlight of my childhood, even if my voice wasn't exactly pitch-perfect back then.
How often do you sing now?
I sing quite frequently, though mostly in private. You will usually catch me humming along to tracks while I am commuting or doing household chores. It is a brilliant way to unwind after a long day, even if my singing is strictly for my own ears.
Do you have a favourite song you like listening to?
Currently, I am obsessed with 'Bohemian Rhapsody' by Queen. The complex arrangement and the way it shifts between genres make it utterly captivating. I never tire of hearing it because there is always some small detail in the production that I seem to notice for the first time.
How important is singing in your culture?
Music and singing are deeply ingrained in our social fabric. Whether it is during religious ceremonies or casual gatherings at the pub, people often break into song to celebrate or bond with one another. It acts as a powerful collective expression that really brings the community together.
