What Duolingo score do you need for Andrews University?

Both pages say English proficiency tests must be taken within two years before admission, and that Duolingo is only valid when certified and received directly from Duolingo. The graduate page says DPT Physical Therapy and some Seminary programmes require higher scores, without giving the figures. Neither page sets Duolingo subscores or an assistantship level.

Compared with IELTS: Andrews lists Duolingo 110 alongside IELTS Academic 6.5 on its undergraduate page and graduate page.

The graduate page points to the Language Pathway Program (contact ciep@andrews.edu) and to ESL classes at the Center for Intensive English Programs. Both pages warn that an acceptance into the ESL programme does not guarantee later admission to a degree programme.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Andrews programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
