What Duolingo score do you need for Auburn University?

All international applicants must have an official score sent directly from TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo. You may self-report unofficial scores when you apply, but your application will not be considered until an official score reaches the Graduate School. Departments may require more, but every applicant must meet the minimums.

International GTAs may need to enrol in a non-credit course on oral communication for teaching assistants, and hiring units record the speaking test and score in the hiring proposal.

On the same Graduate School page, the IELTS minimum is 6.5 overall beside the DET 115, and the GTA speaking level is IELTS speaking 7 beside DET speaking 130.

Applicants with a previous degree from a regionally accredited US institution may not need to submit test scores once the official transcript is received. Other exemptions are decided case by case based on the country's official language and medium of instruction. The pages read do not set an undergraduate Duolingo figure.
