Bangor PTE equivalents by IELTS level
From Bangor's English language requirements page. The page lists each subject's IELTS level for undergraduate and taught postgraduate entry and gives the PTE equivalent in a separate table.

PTE rules at Bangor
Bangor recognises Pearson PTE Academic taken at test centres; the level required varies by course and level of study. The page also says Bangor recognises some non-SELT and online tests for direct entry, but its PTE rows are for test-centre PTE.
Undergraduate Nursing and Midwifery need IELTS 7.0 with 7.0 in each skill, a level for which the page gives no PTE equivalent, so ask Bangor before using PTE for those courses.

If your PTE score falls short
Bangor's English Language Centre for Overseas Students (ELCOS) runs pre-sessional courses. Test-centre PTE entry points are 42 (36) for the IELTS 4.5 route, 46 (36) for IELTS 5.0 and 51 (36) for IELTS 5.5; the course you need depends on your degree.
For the Student visa itself, gov.uk asks for English equivalent to CEFR B2 at degree level or above and B1 below degree level, and says a university can assess degree-level applicants' English itself. Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Bangor programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
