Barry English requirements by level

MOI letters and graduate waivers
For undergraduates, your school may submit a Medium of Instruction letter certifying that English was the primary language of instruction while you were enrolled. This is a useful route for students from English-medium schools in South Asia and Africa.
Graduate applicants do not need a test if they graduated from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction. The requirement may also be waived with at least 24 college-level credits from an institution where English is the basis of instruction. The graduate page notes that the minimum may be higher for some programmes, and scores are valid for two years.

After you are admitted
Once admitted, you pay the enrolment deposit and submit proof of finances, and Barry then issues the I-20 for your F-1 visa application.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admission cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Barry programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Barry University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
