PTE rules at Bath Spa
Your English language qualification must have been achieved within two years of the course start date. The page does not say whether PTE Academic Online is accepted or whether scores can be combined, and it gives a score-sending method only for TOEFL, so follow your offer instructions for PTE.
Check both the overall score and the two skill floors against your score report: a 65 overall does not help if reading or listening is below the floor for your level.

If your PTE score falls short
Bath Spa runs Pre-Sessional English courses before your degree. Applicants for a pre-sessional need a Home Office approved Secure English Language Test, so use PTE Academic UKVI for that route.
For the Student visa itself, gov.uk asks for English equivalent to CEFR B2 at degree level or above and B1 below degree level, and says a university can assess degree-level applicants' English itself.
