Who must test and how scores are sent
You must submit TOEFL, IELTS, Pearson or Duolingo if your bachelor's or master's degree is from a country where English is not the only official language. US citizens and permanent residents are exempt.
Scores must come directly from the testing administrator and be from an assessment within the past two years. TOEFL and IELTS scores are accepted only when sent electronically by the test location; Brooklyn's ETS code is 2046.
