Test rules and how PTE compares
The page gives a TOEFL school code (1101) but no PTE sending method or validity period, and it does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.
On the same page, IELTS is 6 on all band scores. The PTE route has an overall minimum only.
International students required to prove English can receive 16 elective credits for exceeding Carroll's benchmark on an approved exam and completing ENG170 with a B or higher.

Carroll accepts a WESLI recommendation after 700-level courses or a passing grade at TLC level 9. Applicants from Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand and the UK do not need proof, and you can email international@carrollu.edu to ask about other evidence.
