What PTE score do you need for Columbia College (Missouri)?

The graduate page says exam results cannot be older than two years before your desired enrolment date. Neither page mentions PTE Academic Online or PTE Core, and no Pearson institution code is printed (TOEFL and SAT use 6095), so send your score to Columbia College through your Pearson account.

On the same pages, IELTS is 6.0 with no band below 5.5 for undergraduates and 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for graduate programmes.

Columbia College also accepts alternative evidence, such as a C or higher in a US English composition course equivalent to its ENGL 133W, or a qualifying CLEP or DSST score. It reserves the right to ask for more documentation. No conditional admission route with a PTE entry point is described.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Columbia College programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
