Test rules and how to send your score
The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a validity period or a Pearson code, and it points to the undergraduate and graduate catalogs for more detail. Send your score through your Pearson account.
IELTS on the same page is 5.5 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduates, and TOEFL iBT is 3.5 and 4.0 on the new scale. The gap between levels is wider for IELTS than for PTE.

If you fall short, and exemptions
Undergraduates can also use Duolingo 95, Oxford ELLT 6, ACT 19 in Reading and English, SAT 500 Evidence-Based Reading, iTEP Academic 3.6 and other listed results. Graduates can use a degree from an accredited US institution. Applicants educated in English for at least four years at upper high school level or higher in a listed country are exempt.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your ETSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
