Test rules and how to send your score
The page says results more than two years old will not be accepted. It does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson institution code; the only code printed is Foothill's TOEFL code 4315.
On the same table, IELTS or IELTS Indicator is 5.5 and Duolingo is 95, so PTE 45 is the PTE route to the same level as IELTS 5.5.

If you fall short
Students who did not meet the score can attend one of Foothill's partner English language schools and receive a Conditional Letter of Admission, then transfer to Foothill with full admission once they reach the required level. The page also lists waivers such as IB English, Scandinavian English courses and college composition with a C or higher, verified by transcript.
