Test rules and how to send your score
The page lists PTE Academic (Pearson) without saying whether PTE Academic Online or PTE Core count. It does not state a validity period or a Pearson institution code, so ask ispadmissions@highline.edu how to send your score.
On the same page, IELTS is 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0. PTE 42 is Highline's PTE route to that level, with no section floor of its own.

If you fall short
Highline also accepts other evidence, including at least one academic year with passing grades at an English-medium high school or post-secondary institution, Cambridge exams, GCE or IGCSE English, and transcripts from another US college. The page does not describe conditional admission.
