What PTE score do you need for Green River College?

Test scores stay valid for two years from the exam date up to the application date. If you defer twice or more and the score expires, you may be asked to take an English placement exam. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson institution code; the only code it prints is TOEFL 4337.

On the same page, IELTS is 5.5 with no band below 5.0 and Duolingo is 95 with no section below 90. PTE has no section floor.

Students who have not met English proficiency begin with Intensive English classes. Completing all of Green River's Intensive English Academic Preparation meets the requirement, and those students must begin academic study within two quarters. Set levels at partner language schools such as ELS and EF also count.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Green River programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
