Where can I take IELTS or PTE in Bandung?

Pearson's test centre finder listed four PTE centres in Indonesia on 30 October 2026, none in Bandung. The nearest are Multimatics in Jakarta and IALF in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Read on 29 and 30 October 2026 in the British Council's booking system, IDP's Bandung test-date page and Pearson's price finder with Indonesia selected. IELTS costs the same at both providers. Pearson prices PTE in Indonesia in US dollars, and PTE Academic UKVI is cheaper than PTE Academic there.

Refund, transfer and payment rules are in our IELTS fee in Indonesia and PTE fee in Indonesia guides.

Jakarta has the British Council's IELTS for UKVI sessions, and Jakarta and Tangerang have PTE centres. See our Jakarta guide and the Indonesia test centre list for every city.

IELTS: book online with the British Council or IDP, choose Bandung and pick a session; the venue address comes in your confirmation. Bring the same identity document you entered when you booked.

PTE: create a myPTE account with details that exactly match your ID, choose the test, then Bandung or the nearest city with a centre, and pick a slot at least 24 hours ahead (Pearson's booking guide). Pearson's ID policy asks for a valid passport, and Indonesia is not on its list of country exceptions, so bring your passport. Anyone testing outside their country of citizenship must show a passport in any case. A KTP will not do for PTE.

Results: IDP's session listings say 1 to 5 days for IELTS on computer, and Pearson sends PTE scores typically within 48 hours (PTE scoring). Before you pay, take a free IELTS mock test or a free PTE mock test to check you are ready.
