IELTS fees in Armenia by provider
The British Council fees are on the ielts.org finder for Armenia and its Yerevan centre page. IDP's partner Students International showed AMD 112,100 on every session on its IDP page and ielts.org.

Two UKVI prices: which is right?
The British Council's own UKVI page lists AMD 119,100 for IELTS for UKVI and AMD 106,100 for Life Skills A1 and B1, while ielts.org's Yerevan page shows AMD 122,000 and AMD 108,650. Both are official; the amount on the booking screen when you pay is the one that counts. UKVI is offered in Yerevan only.
The British Council warns that it cannot accept payments from banks under UK or other relevant sanctions and will freeze such payments (dates and fees). Results on computer arrive in 1 to 5 days, and both providers offer One Skill Retake.

Cancellation, transfer and refund rules
The British Council's Armenian policy gives a 75% refund 15 or more days before the test and nothing within 14 days; transfers are free 15 or more days ahead, cost 25% between 5 and 14 days and are not allowed after that. If illness or an emergency stops you on the day, you can apply for special consideration before the test or up to two calendar days after it; if approved you get a transfer or a refund, sometimes minus an admin fee. IELTS for UKVI and Life Skills follow a separate policy.
