How much is the IELTS exam fee in Côte d'Ivoire?

The British Council's Côte d'Ivoire page asks for a valid passport or national ID card, uploaded as a clear scan when you register; under-18s need written consent from a parent or guardian. After booking you receive emails with the start time, the venue address and your Speaking date, plus IELTS Ready Premium preparation.

The British Council did not publish a separate Côte d'Ivoire cancellation page that we could read. Its standard IELTS policy, published on its Senegal and Sierra Leone sites, gives 75% back if you cancel 15 or more days before the test and nothing within 14 days; confirm with the centre before you pay. Illness, bereavement and other exceptional circumstances can be raised with the test centre before the test or up to two calendar days after it, never once results are out. The centre replies within seven working days, and refunds can take 4 to 6 weeks.

IELTS for UKVI and Life Skills follow the separate UKVI policy: cancel more than 14 days ahead for 75% back, within 14 days but more than two days ahead for 50%, within two days for 25%, and nothing on or after test day. A UKVI booking can be transferred only once, more than 14 days ahead, to a date within three months, and the centre may charge up to 25%. The British Council lists CEFR B2 for the UK Skilled Worker and Health and Care Worker visas: at least 5.5 in each of the four parts of IELTS for UKVI. B1 (4.0 in each part) still applies to people already on those routes before 8 January 2026 who are only extending (British Council).
