How much is the IELTS exam fee in South Korea?

IDP Korea (cancel and postpone page): you can postpone up to 4 days before the test for KRW 70,000, to a date within three months; from 3 days before, no postponement. Cancel within 7 days of paying (counting the payment day) for a 100% refund; otherwise cancelling 8 or more days before the test refunds 75%, and within 7 days nothing. A One Skill Retake can be cancelled up to 4 days ahead but not postponed.

The British Council's Korean policy differs from its usual one: a cancellation on the day you pay, or within 7 days of paying, is fully refunded; after that a 25% fee is kept; within 7 days of the test nothing is refunded. Transfers are free up to five times 15 or more days ahead, cost 25% (KRW 86,750) within 5 to 14 days, and are refused under 5 days.

The British Council takes a debit or credit card or bank transfer, and needs a passport valid at booking and on test day; under-18s need a parental consent form (British Council). IDP books online through its Korean site. Card refunds take two to three weeks at IDP and four to six weeks at the British Council.
