Indiana Tech English requirements by level

Partner language schools
The English proficiency page lists partner schools and the level that counts: ELS Level 112, Kaplan Advanced, English First C1-1, Columbia School of English Level 6, and the advanced levels at American Academy of English, Conversa and English Studies Institute, among others. The undergraduate page names this route; the graduate page lists the tests only.

Before the I-20
Graduate applicants show a financial statement from the last six months with funds of USD 22,500 to get the I-20. Applications are not reviewed until all documents arrive.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admission cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Indiana Tech programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Indiana Tech publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
