Ithaca College English requirements by level
From Ithaca College's undergraduate international applicants page and its graduate international students page. Both call these recommended minimum scores rather than fixed cut-offs, and neither lists IELTS band minimums.

Who does not need an English test
Undergraduate applicants who previously attended a high school, college or university where English is the principal language of instruction, and who earned passing grades in English courses for at least three years, are exempt from the test requirement.
Graduate applicants who earned a bachelor's degree at a college or university where English is the language of instruction may be exempt. The TOEFL and SAT code for Ithaca College is 2325. The undergraduate page notes there are no institution codes for IELTS, PTE Academic or Duolingo.

Applying and checking your score
Undergraduates apply through the Common App, and Ithaca College waives the application fee for international students. The Office of Admission handles questions about English fluency certification. Graduate applicants to Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology who studied outside the United States also need a WES course-by-course credential evaluation.
