What PTE score do you need for KMUTT?

Evidence of English must be no more than two years old at the date of application. The table has separate columns for PTE Academic and PTE General (Level 3 for every programme), so check which Pearson test you hold. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a way to send scores, and says some courses may have higher requirements, so contact the faculty or school.

In the same table, every listed programme asks IELTS 5.0, TOEFL iBT 65, TOEIC 785 and Duolingo 100. PTE Academic 51 is therefore KMUTT's PTE route to IELTS 5.0 for engineering and design, while Computer Science asks 59 against the same IELTS 5.0.

You are exempt if you are a native speaker or national of a country where English is an official language, hold a qualification from such a country, or studied in an English-taught course or in an English-speaking country. The School of Architecture and Design also considers applicants at a lower band, such as IELTS 4.5, through an aptitude test and interview, with an English course in May and June if accepted. That band is not given as a PTE score.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your KMUTT programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
