Test rules and comparison with IELTS
The page lists PTE among accepted tests for bachelor's and graduate applicants but gives no validity period, score-sending method or position on PTE Academic Online. It says major-specific postgraduate and PhD programmes may have their own requirements on the LIU Brooklyn or LIU Post sites.
For comparison, the same table asks IELTS 6 for bachelor's against PTE 50, and IELTS 6.5 for postgraduate against PTE 58.

If your PTE score falls short
The page accepts successful completion of the LIU English Language Institute as proof of English, along with other routes such as a college English composition course in the US with a C or better. It gives no PTE entry score for the institute.
