What Duolingo score do you need for LSU?

The Graduate School counts as official only scores reported directly to LSU by the testing service at the student's request, and does not recognise superscoring or MyBest scores. It states a two-year validity for TOEFL and IELTS but gives no separate Duolingo validity period. Neither page sets Duolingo subscores.

On the same pages, the IELTS minimum is 6.5 at both levels, set beside DET 100 for undergraduates and DET 110 for graduate study.

Undergraduates may be exempt with, for example, 500 on SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing or 18 on ACT English, and LSU reserves the right to require a test score from anyone. Graduate applicants may be exempt based on previous study. Neither page describes a conditional admission route.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your LSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
